Where do I get an API key?
You need an API key from an AI provider. We recommend OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) for easy access to many models, or Infomaniak for European-hosted inference. The app will guide you through setup.
Does Inferro work with my self-hosted server?
Yes. Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works — vLLM, Ollama, SGLang, llama.cpp, LiteLLM. HTTP is supported for LAN and VPN endpoints.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
I lost my API key / deleted the app.
API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain. Deleting the app removes them. You'll need to generate a new key from your provider and re-add it.
